Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding across regional hirings
- Driving strategic HR initiatives to align with business goals
- Assist in setting KPIs and evaluating staff performance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and organizational standards
- Multi currency payroll processing in collaboration with accounts
- Manage employee benefits, leave records, and statutory contributions
- Ensure proper reporting and documentation of payroll data for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in year-end closing, audit preparation, and financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards Provide administrative support as required
Requirements :
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or Accounting
- Meticulous, responsible, independent and detail-oriented
- Competent in MS word and excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience
