Job Description & Requirements:
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle from posting of job advertisements to on-boarding.
- Responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
- Administer work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Liase with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters.
- Prepare employment contract, confirmation, increment, promotion, and HR-related letters.
- Manage and supervise employees’ personal files & data which include creation, archival and destruction.
- Manage and handle all relevant insurances, renewals and claims.
- Administer employees leave, air-ticket and medical claims.
- Responsible for statutory payment submission e.g. CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21.
- Apply for employee training courses and training grants, WDA/SDF.
- Provide support to Management with regard to handling grievances and legal matters.
- Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with employment regulations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
