Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable HR Temporary Assistant to support our Human Resources team in maintaining and organizing electronic personnel files. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, committed, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit existing documents in electronic personnel files
- Identify missing documents and cross-check availability in the HR drive
- Transfer verified documents from the HR drive to the correct personnel files
- Compile a list of documents that are missing and not found in the HR drive
- Share the missing document list with the HR team for follow-up
- Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic files for easy access and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level or N-Level qualification
- Must be committed for the full 4-month period
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
