About the job
Reporting to the IKEA Restaurant Manager and Team Leaders, you support the daily operations of IKEA Tampines Restaurant by providing excellent customer services and housekeeping in the work area.
Your assignment
- You adhere to existing operating procedures and ensure high levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) in your work area.
- You provide customers with a clean dining environment by cleaning the areas and tables and clearing of food wastage
- You check for stock inventory and ensure accuracy of stock inventories
- You render accurate cash registry of sales transactions when required.
- You execute store operations and do your part to ensure operations are in line with the Functional Commercial Review Standards
Your profile
- You are a team-player, customer-service oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced Food & Beverages environment.
- You maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, work area and cover cashiering duties when required.
- You are able to withstand prolonged hours of standing in view of the business needs.
- A high standard of personal hygiene and grooming must be maintained at all times.
- You are able to commit to working on weekends and public holidays, inclusive of both AM & PM shifts.
