- Assist with the integration of new technologies to enhance team operations.
- Support manpower and asset planning across various business units and accounts.
- Help assess risks associated with different process change strategies.
- Evaluate the costs and benefits of current warehouse operations.
- Contribute to developing and refining operational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Facility, IT, and Operations) on project activities.
- Support the development of supply chain solutions for clients under guidance.
- Contribute to planning and executing innovative logistics solutions.
- Assist with process automation and technology enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures within operations.
- Track and monitor key milestones in technology projects.
- Assist with activities to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
- Provide insights for workflow analysis and suggest improvements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in supply chain processes.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of business process improvements.
- Stay updated on logistics technology trends and their potential applications.
- Support the renewal of company certifications and licenses, including ISO audits.
- Assist the Malaysia office with project implementation as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
- Experience in planning new projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, Project Plan, Visio, PowerBI).
