Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly financial (sales targets) and non financial KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, electronics, or technical products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with brands like ABB, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Yaskawa, Omron, etc. is a plus.
- Familiarity with industries like oil & gas, FMCG, manufacturing, marine and offshore, pharmaceuticals, etc. is a plus.
