Job Title: Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive

Are you a go-getter with a passion for connecting with people and uncovering business opportunities? We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive to help us grow our client base and support our sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and online channels
- Research and identify key decision-makers across target industries
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos
- Keep up to date with product knowledge to speak confidently with prospects
- Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and conversions
What You Bring:
- Min. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
