What You’ll Do
- Design with Purpose: Create compelling interior concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and client preferences.
- Lead Client Consultations: Guide clients through the design process—from initial consultation to project completion.
- Drive Sales: Identify upselling opportunities, close design packages, and recommend value-adding products and services.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with project managers, vendors, and contractors to bring designs to life.
- Stay Trend-Savvy: Research market trends and materials to offer fresh, on-brand ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- Background: Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of interior design experience; sales experience is a big plus.
- Personality: You love engaging with clients, pitching ideas, and aren’t afraid to ask for the sale.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar), excellent communication, and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience in residential interiors, showrooms, or luxury furnishings.
