This role provides support to the DCM (Debt Capital Markets) and ECM (Equity Capital Markets) teams in Singapore across both deal origination and execution. You will work closely with the team on a variety of transactions, taking part in both analytical and logistical tasks.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Prepare high-quality pitch books and presentation materials for client meetings, supporting deal pitching and structuring efforts.
- Extract, organise, and format issuance data in Excel, creating clear and impactful charts in PowerPoint.
- Produce weekly bond market updates and regular pricing updates for external clients.
- Support transaction execution and marketing processes, including coordinating investor meetings, managing roadshow logistics, and preparing roadshow presentation materials and sales memos.
- Assist with client onboarding procedures and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Role Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferably a second-year student enrolled in a recognised university.
- Meticulous, with strong attention to detail, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and relevant fixed income/equity functions is an advantage
