As a Customer Solutions Centre Intern, you will support daily reporting and data monitoring to ensure service performance within the CS function. You will work on Power BI dashboards, process documentation, and SharePoint site updates, while also identifying errors and monitoring KPIs. This role provides hands-on experience in data visualization, process automation, and performance tracking within a dynamic customer solutions environment.
What you will do
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, generate daily reports, and manage required datasets to support customer solutions operations
- Highlight data errors, monitor services falling below KPI, and create clear process documentation
- Maintain and update internal team SharePoint development sites
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and drive improvements through automation.
What you bring
- Undergraduate in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Analytics or a related field.
