Job Purpose:
This internship with CIMB Singapore’s Marketing & Corporate Communications team is designed to give you a holistic view of the marketing and communications ecosystem. From branding and public relations to events and performance marketing, you will gain hands-on experience across the board.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, ready to make an impact and looking to jumpstart your career in marketing and communications after graduating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of a differentiating brand experience at internal and external events, including bank-sponsored events, seminar, staff and client appreciation events
- Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and maximise opportunities for CIMB’s brand exposure
- Support the Business Banking team in acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Work on copywriting for social media as well as conceptualisation and execution of social media content ideas for internal and external events/campaigns
- Engage with the Marketing Leads to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeted at consumers (personal banking) and companies (business banking) Partake in analysing and optimising digital marketing strategies to drive growth and ROI
Requirements
- General Degree/Diploma preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or currently studying for either discipline
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to details
- Highly motivated and able to function effectively in a high pressure, multi-task environment and adhere to deadlines
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas that resonate with our target audience
- Enthusiastic team player who is resourceful and takes with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Experience with graphic design software (Canva, InDesign) is a plus
- Proficient in English; Simplified Chinese is a plus Able to commit at least 4 – 6 months full time
