Job Description
You will support the People Experience team in People & Culture initiatives and ongoing change management projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in conceptualisation, planning and the execution of monthly employee engagement activities and initiatives e.g. CapitaLand Group Wellbeing programme, Chinese New Year Celebration, Sports/Family Day, Annual Staff Appreciation Night
Support in the organisation’s Culture Alignment project and activities
Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects
Assist with design of communication assets e.g. EDMs, web pages on CapitaLand intranet, survey forms via use of Canva, SharePoint and TypeForm
Perform copywriting for webpages, email communications, and social media posts
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing, Human Resource, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Prior knowledge and experience using Canva and Typeform would be advantageous
Independent, creative and out-of-the-box thinker
Able to multi-task and deliver work timely and accurately
