Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operation by providing technical support through phone, email or onsite testing and commissioning for various security surveillance systems such as CCTV, Biometric and Card Access Reader etc.
- Troubleshooting software or hardware problems faced by company & client promptly.
- Maintain a high level of product and application knowledge to provide product application expertise to Clients.
- Carry out in-house product testing, quality checking.
- Provide software training to Clients after Project installation.
- Identify, propose & procure products that will improve company’s product efficiency.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years of Relevant IT Network Experience. Knowledge in CCTV, Biometric Access System is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced performance oriented environment
- Possess communication and interpersonal skill to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
