As the business expands, we are looking for an IT Manager who can lead the technology backbone — from infrastructure and venue systems to cybersecurity and future-proofing digital operations.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Venue Systems
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and AV/creative technology systems supporting event operations and venues.
- Manage procurement, deployment, and lifecycle of hardware and software.
- Ensure uptime, reliability, and seamless vendor coordination.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Act as the main liaison with contracted cybersecurity partners (CTO-as-a-Service model).
- Oversee security policies, monitoring, incident response, and risk management.
- Coordinate audits, penetration testing, and regulatory compliance reviews.
- Track and report on security posture to senior management.
Operations & Support
- Provide Tier 2/3 IT support and manage escalations.
- Oversee vendor SLA performance and ticketing systems.
- Train employees on digital security awareness and system best practices.
Strategic & Growth
- Scale IT operations to support expansion and digital-first initiatives.
- Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Build a robust, forward-looking digital security strategy in partnership with vendors.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 6–8 years’ IT management experience with proven leadership in cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security tools, and vendor ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in vendor management and project delivery.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic oversight.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical issues in plain, actionable language.
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and passionate about building secure, resilient systems that enable innovation.
