About the Role
At 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS), our mission is to bring hope, health, and holistic support to individuals and families impacted by cancer. Technology plays a vital role in enabling this mission — from ensuring smooth daily operations to empowering our teams with the right digital tools.
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who will not only manage and maintain our IT infrastructure but also act as a bridge between our staff and Vendors. By ensuring reliable systems and user-friendly tools, you will directly contribute to the efficiency of our programmes, the security of our data, and ultimately, the impact we create for our beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Infrastructure
- Maintain and optimise network infrastructure, servers, and endpoints to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment, from setup and configuration to maintenance and decommissioning.
- Apply regular system backups, updates, and security patches to keep our systems safe and resilient.
Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Tools
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Manage SharePoint Online to foster collaboration and effective knowledge sharing.
- Configure workflows and site structures to support team productivity.
CRM Support & Coordination
- Serve as the key liaison between internal users and the CRM vendor.
- Translate staff needs into clear technical requirements for system improvements.
- Coordinate user support, enhancements, testing, and rollouts of new CRM features.
- Ensure proper documentation of changes, enhancements, and support processes.
Technical Support & Vendor Management
- Provide responsive first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Partner with external vendors to resolve complex issues and reduce downtime.
- Support the implementation of IT and cybersecurity policies to safeguard organisational data.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills — able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365).
- ITIL Foundation or IT service management certifications.
- Security-related certifications (e.g., Security+).
- Prior experience supporting or coordinating CRM systems.
