Responsibilities
- Handle assigned IT tasks and escalate issues during high-volume or critical situations.
- Manage warranty claims and vendor RMAs (processing, packaging, shipping, and tracking) within SLA.
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records across systems (e.g., CMDB, repositories).
- Track, stage, reconcile physical inventory, and report discrepancies.
- Perform secure destruction of data-bearing devices in compliance with SLAs and policies.
- Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for shortages or issues.
- Ensure adherence to security and data handling standards.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
- 1+ year experience supporting IT equipment in a 24x7x365 production or data center environment.
- (Preferred) Experience testing iOS/Android mobile apps.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow technical skills.
- Relevant certifications a plus: CompTIA (A+/Network+/Server+), ASICS/Inventory Control, BSC, DCFC, MCP, or vendor-specific network certifications.
