Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined individual to join our team as an IT Support Technician. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of IT and electronics support.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company rules and maintain professional discipline.
- Perform basic computer operations and tasks.
- Willingness to learn computer and IT-related technologies.
- Communicate and understand instructions clearly.
- Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Visit customer sites to record and maintain data; perform simple computer tasks on-site.
- Assemble and test low-voltage cables such as network cables and serial data cables (training will be provided).
- Perform basic troubleshooting of computer hardware and related devices (training will be provided).
- Possess above-average understanding of electronics and mechanical concepts.

- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Education Requirements:
- Polytechnic diploma or equivalent qualifications
