Our client is a leading provider of maritime energy solutions.
- Oversee the setup, rollout, and upkeep of M365 systems, including Intune and compliance/security features.
- Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and support across a user base exceeding 100 staff.
- Take charge of internal technology initiatives either as a project lead or coordinator.
- Communicate technical concerns in a way that’s clear and actionable to non-technical users.
- Manage and maintain advanced firewall setups and support network-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Certified in ITIL with expertise in Microsoft 365 (MS-102)
- At least 5 years of L2 support within mid-sized/larger companies.
- Proficiency with M365 admin tools and endpoint management platforms like Intune.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity essentials and best practices for corporate IT environments.
