Position Overview

This entry-level position is ideal for recent diploma graduates passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in both traditional IT support and modern cloud-based systems. You'll receive structured training and guidance as you learn to manage and support technologies such as Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and Google Workspace.


Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Systems Administration

  • Assist with the administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Intune.
  • Gain exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Workspace, supporting basic administration tasks and issue resolution.
  • Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.

Network & Infrastructure Support

  • Provide on-site support for clients, troubleshooting network issues involving printers, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Learn to configure, install, and manage various brands of network equipment, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Understand Wi-Fi technologies and principles to ensure optimal wireless connectivity for clients.

Endpoint & Device Management

  • Support endpoint security management using Malwarebytes EDR and mobile device management solutions like ManageEngine.
  • Perform basic hardware setup and maintenance tasks, including server racking and cable management.
  • Handle physical networking tasks, such as crimping RJ45 cables (up to Cat6a) and working with fiber optic cables.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide timely technical assistance both remotely and on-site, resolving a wide range of IT-related issues, from basic printer troubleshooting to advanced software configurations.
  • Utilise command-line tools like PowerShell for administrative tasks, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior technicians, learning how various IT solutions integrate seamlessly to meet client needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Diploma from a Polytechnic in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field; or GCE 'A' Levels.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills across multiple IT disciplines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
