Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support managers in handling day-to-day employee relations matters (performance, engagement, disciplinary issues).
- Participate in business unit meetings to understand workforce challenges and opportunities.
2. HR Operations
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance reviews, training, and succession planning.
- Monitor HR metrics like headcount, attrition, and absenteeism.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
3. Talent Management & Recruitment Support
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation programs in collaboration with recruiters.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of talent reviews and employee development plans.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify learning needs through discussions with department heads.
- Support the development and scheduling of internal or external training sessions.
5. Employee Engagement
- Help organize surveys, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
- Analyze engagement results and suggest improvement actions.
✅ Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to business partnering.
- Internship experience in HR will be considered for fresh graduates.

- Good understanding of HR practices, labor law, and HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or HRIS tools.
