NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAEUM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAEUM, our private dining space, iii) GUUM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.
We are currently looking for a Junior Sommelier to grow their beverage career with the Group, to be primarily based at our fine dining venue NAEUM.
Requirements:
- Education related to Culinary or Hospitality industry
- Prior experience in Front of House line, with an interest in the wine culture
On-the-job training will be provided
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English. Korean language ability a bonus.
