Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend site briefings and meetings to understand client’s requirement
- Preparation of Bill Of Quantity and sourcing of plants
- Contact and coordinate suppliers and sales/operation personnel
- Preparation of cost estimate
- Taking-of site measurements
- Drawings take-off and managing ammendments
- Prepare As-Built drawings after completion of projects
- Preparation of reports for maintenance
. Attend Meetings for maintenance
Requirements
- 2 years relevant working experience in Landscape industry preferred
- Able to draft and design using CAD software
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Possess positive working attitude and good communication skills
- Can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and committed to work
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture/Design or other related fields
