You will manage significant and complex litigation and regulatory enforcement matters and advise internal teams on legal risks.

This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office and will focus primarily on work supporting our India litigation docket specifically, and also supporting litigation in other APAC countries.Lead Counsel - APAC Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Responsibilities
- Supervise and work with the team and outside counsel in determining strategy in multiple litigation matters across a range of issues, including supporting our India litigation docket specifically, and also supporting litigation in other APAC countries
- Provide support to internal teams on various legal requests
- Work with cross-functional teams on a range of issues, including security, content, data protection, policy, product, privacy, business and regulatory matters
- Develop approaches to managing legal risks and resolving/ pre-empting disputes
- Ensure work product of the highest quality that furthers Meta’s strategic goals
- Open to travel as and when required
- LLB, JD or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5+ years experience at a law firm or in-house or working as a lawyer, or at a Barrister's office as a litigator
- Previous experience in dealing with litigation issues for both India specificall and also other APAC countries
- Candidates should be flexible and willing to work on projects in other areas
