Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for common areas in buildings. The role requires expertise in local authority approved standards, submission and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (e.g., pipes, fixtures, fittings) in accordance with codes and safety standards
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues
- Submission to authority on work completion for water tanks
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
- Valid LP license preferred
- Valid driving license preferred
- Proven experience as a plumber
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks and hands-on if necessary
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
