Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute installation, testing, and commissioning of elevator systems
- Conduct detailed inspection, preventive maintenance, and safety checks on elevators
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control system faults for various brands of lifts
- Supervise elevator technicians/workers on assigned projects and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and work documentation
- Support modernization, upgrading, and improvement works for existing elevator systems
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to meet compliance requirements
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in elevator installation, commissioning, servicing, or maintenance
- Familiar with safety regulations and building codes related to elevator works
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to lead or supervise small teams
- Physically fit and able to work at heights/confined spaces
- Applicants with their own motorcycle are preferred
