- Coordinate with customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements
- Generate Job order for Drivers
- Liaise with Warehouse on forklift charges and raise PV for payment of forklift
- Handle schedule routing through in-house system
- Updating of customer service and sales teams on order delivery status
- Raise invoice for job done and check for completeness
- Calculate monthly overtime for Drivers
- Maintain lorry profile, upkeep motor vehicles records
- Arrange payment for Road Tax, VPC, season parking & related expense
- Manage complaints from sales representatives or customers
- Liaise with customer’s rescheduling & orders
