Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal team to plan delivery schedule for new product releases and restock requests.
• Manage the import procedure for finished products from country of origin to local warehouse and coordinate with local warehouse to arrange products for pick and pack.
• Handle full range of export functions of company’s products to distributors.
• Ensure inventory accuracy for both local and overseas warehouses and conduct periodic cycle count and disposal.
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics providers to obtain shipping quotes.
• Pick, pack and arrange courier shipments.
• Manage 3rd party logistics providers and billing invoices.
• Prepare fortnightly product availability reports for stakeholders.
• Support in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience handling import and export (Air and Sea Freight)
• Knowledge in Incoterms 2020 and Harmonised Code classification
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Willing to work in warehouse and on some weekends for Company’s events when required
