Responsibilities
- Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and orders
- Liaise with customer's forwarders for shipment arrangement
- Backorder and returns management
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that operational tasks are met
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE "O" Levels
- Customer Service Orientated and team player
Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday), 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (Saturday),

Contract Terms: 1-year contract
