Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Logistics & Operations Manager to oversee and manage inventory systems, warehouse operations, and digital workflow processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering with transferable skills applicable to inventory, storage, and systems optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and warehouse storage systems effectively
- Supervise daily logistics operations and supply chain workflows
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports using Microsoft Office
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external agencies
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD for warehouse layout planning or related tasks
- Assist with digital marketing materials and content preparation
- Support the creation and editing of video content for corporate use
- Contribute to online content creation and basic branding strategies
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic video editing and online content creation skills preferred
- Strong command of English – written and verbal
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Additional Advantageous Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools
- E-commerce or digital logistics background
- ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
