KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Processing
- Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to Asia Oceania markets
- Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective Logistic Co/factories/Customers
- Generate shipping documents
- Arrange GST supporting documents submission to accounting
- Verify service provider bills and factory invoices
- Training will be provided to Candidates who are willing to learn
Candidate preferred to have at least
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Required Skill(s):
- Preferably Executive specialized in Purchasing/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
