Job Title: Logistics & Order Fulfilment Specialist (1-Year Contract)
Location: Tampines / 3 Changi North
Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Salary: $2,000 – $2,300/month

We're looking for someone who thrives on structure, follows through on every detail, and knows how to keep goods and paperwork flowing without missing a beat.
What You’ll Do:
- Process customer orders via email or EDI
- Enter and manage data in SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems
- Generate pick slips and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Arrange delivery bookings, freight, and shipment documents (AWB, invoices, permits)
- Double-check shipping details, paperwork, and timelines
- Communicate clearly with customers and freight partners
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve any logistics hiccups
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or order processing
- Confident with SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities without missing a step A clear communicator who works well across departments
