The Logistics Specialist oversees daily administrative and operational support for Warehouse and Data Center activities, ensuring accurate data reconciliation, KPI tracking, and compliance with audit and safety standards. The role liaises with stakeholders, supports WMS functions, drives process improvements, and manages procurement and documentation tasks to meet service level commitments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):
- Oversee daily administrative operations for both Warehouse and Data Center, including data reconciliation, reporting of operational metrics, and ensuring process accuracy.
- Act as the operations liaison with customers and stakeholders to provide updates on operational performance.
- Monitor and track operational KPIs such as inbound/outbound volumes and service delays.
- Ensure high accuracy in documentation to support compliance with service standards and audit requirements, including invoice validation.
- Provide support during SOX compliance audits and maintain audit readiness.
- Execute assigned responsibilities promptly and accurately in accordance with contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as needed.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols in all tasks performed.
- Assist in inventory control by supporting physical audits and ensuring proper documentation.
- Record and report safety observations and service improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to system-related projects, provide WMS (Warehouse Management System) support, and continuously build knowledge in related systems and operational processes.
- Proactively identify, document, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage office procurement processes, including data entry, vendor quotation coordination, and purchase requisition (PR) processing.

EDUCATION REQUIRED: Preferably High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3 years + of experience in logistics operations, including administrative reporting, data analysis, performance tracking, and warehouse management or equivalent educational background in lieu of direct experience
