As a Mechanic (Machine) you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of heavy construction machinery and mechanical systems. Your work ensures minimal equipment downtime and maximum reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of heavy equipment such as excavators, breakers, compactors, and generators.
- Inspect machines for malfunctioning parts and identify repair needs.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and diesel engine issues.
- Replace or repair defective components and test machinery to ensure functionality.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain service logs, repair history, and equipment checklists.
- Respond to urgent repair requests, including on-site troubleshooting when needed.
- Assist in equipment setup and calibration before deployment to project sites.
- Coordination with the people involve on the given task.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department.
