- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upgrades, and machinery repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Manage service records, spare parts inventory, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and overhauls.
- Provide basic maintenance training to operational staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities management such as Electrical systems, HVAC, Fire safety systems and Wastewater systems.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance.
