Job Description
- Based in property and reports to Director of Maintenance
- Maintenance of the property operations, mechanical and electrical operations of the properties
- Lead, manage, train and guide a team of technicians and vendors/contractors
- Inspecting maintenance work and hands-on for troubleshooting and repairs
- Respond, resolve and close rectification request cases within timeline.
- Assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies, follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures
- Assist on quotation for Director of Maintenance’s review and management’s approval
- Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant supervisory work experience in hotel engineering team
- Min. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of building mechanical HVAC and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills
- Fire Safety Manager certification preferred
- Must have sense of urgency
