Beauty Advisor Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized beauty advice and product demonstrations
- Achieve sales targets while delivering premium customer service
- Showcase skincare / makeup expertise to elevate client confidence
- Ensure merchandise display, cleanliness, and stock replenishment
- Work as a team to support smooth daily store operations
Makeup Artist Responsibilities:
- All responsibilities of a Beauty Advisor, plus:
- Perform professional makeup applications and makeovers for customers.
- Conduct makeup assessments during interviews to demonstrate your skills.
- Create customized makeup looks to meet individual customer preferences and needs.
- Stay current with makeup trends and techniques.
- Enhance the overall shopping experience with your makeup artistry skills.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred candidates with makeup experience as a makeup assessment will be conducted during the interview.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and meet sales targets.
- Candidates with Professional Beauty Certifications have added advantages.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including three shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Mid-Afternoon.
- Ability to work 10-10.5 hours per day with 8 days off per month.
