About the role
You lead the Admin Section as a one-stop centre supporting unit's front and middle offices, focusing on Human Resource (HR) management, administration and course administration.
What you will be working on
- Manage HR policies and administration procedures for the Training Institute
- Coordinate with external agencies
- Oversee course administration support requirements
- Train, supervise and manage NSF Admin Support Assistants (ASAs)
- Support Training Institute's Front and Middle offices
- Provide administrative guidance and solutions
Challenge(s)
- Managing regular turnover of NSF
- Coordinating with multiple external agencies
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Training Development
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Good team player
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
