[What the role is]
The Employee Engagement (EE) Branch of the Corporate Excellence Department champions a thriving and resilient workforce at the National Environment Agency (NEA). We design and implement comprehensive wellbeing programmes that nurture our staff's physical health, mental resilience, and emotional balance. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance staff wellbeing and strengthen internal communications across the agency. Your work will directly contribute to building a more connected and engaged NEA.[What you will be working on]
You will work in partnership with different departments and the EE team. You will be responsible for the following:
Partner, develop and support community networks to drive initiatives to keep staff physically healthy and socially engaged.
Harness data analytics to generate actionable insights that inform and strengthen organisational engagement initiatives, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
Review of work processes to enhance services and increase productivity, including exploring various tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and etc.
Optimise intranet architecture and user experience to create an intuitive, centralised knowledge repository for staff.
[What we are looking for]
The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR operations, or related fields, with demonstrated passion for enhancing workplace culture and staff wellbeing.
Strategic mindset with proven ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments, translating concepts into actionable initiatives.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills and finesse in stakeholder management.
Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and a creative approach to resource optimisation.
Familiar with design tools i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
Hands-on experience with emerging technologies, particularly RPA and Gen AI tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online administration.
Collaborative team player.
