You support the training of trainers in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) by developing quality training curricula and managing programmes for their holistic development.

- Design and develop train-the-trainer courses
- Review training curricula and materials
- Identify learning and performance gaps
- Implement trainer development programmes
- Manage professionalisation initiatives to align training to national standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders

What we are looking for

- Stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Training development expertise
- Academic or professional qualifications in learning, training or curriculum development is advantageous
