You will be collaborating with a talented global and local team, while also enjoying the autonomy and comfort of remote work, based in Singapore.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Regional Sales team on order book management to forecast and achieve monthly hardware (HW) revenue goals.
- Oversee daily order processing activities, ensuring all customer orders are accurately entered, validated, and fulfilled within established timelines.
- Monitor and improve order management KPIs—including order book accuracy, backlog levels, and order holds—by collaborating with the Central Order Management team (HYD) to maintain clean and accurate order entry.
- Serve as a point of escalation for order issues, working to resolve discrepancies, delays, and errors.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to streamline order-to-ship processes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, pricing guidelines, product configurations, and internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management systems, processes, and customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on order metrics, trends, and team performance.
- Ensure alignment with company policies, export regulations, and trade compliance standards.
Who You Are:
You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in order management, customer operations, or sales operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role leading high-performing teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-ship processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver operational excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and keen attention to detail.
