About the role
You play a pivotal role in ensuring the raise, train, and sustain capability of Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in Air Power Generation Command (APGC) contributing to the defence of Singapore.
What you will be working on
- Collaborate and interact with internal and external agencies
- Analyse and plan ahead in terms of Route of Advancement (ROA), postings and courses for NSmen
- Resolve issues pertaining to NSmen
Challenge(s)
- Multitasking and coordinating between stakeholders and units
- Planning and executing NSmen development initiatives
- Managing diverse stakeholder requirements
What we are looking for
- Relevant background in Human Resource (HR) is advantageous
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
