The Manager, Strategic Business Development is a management role, responsible for working with senior management/leadership to drive organizational growth through the identification and development of new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Works with senior management/leadership to develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the organization’s goals, focusing business growth.
- Supports the conducting of thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Leads, mentors and develops a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with cross functional teams / stakeholders, to drive collaboration and business success.
- Supports the creation of compelling business proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of organizational offerings.
- Supports the establishment and also monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Stays up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of business development. Helps to drive innovate approaches and best practices in business development, leveraging emerging technologies and customer-centric solutions.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree
Required experience:
- Advanced experience gained in a similar strategic business development role, preferably gained within a global technology services organization.
- Advanced management and leadership experience, preferably direct management and leadership of a strategic business development team(s).
- Advanced experience collaborating with cross functional teams and other internal/external business stakeholders.
- Advanced track record of driving business growth through the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives.
- Working experience in Global IT company for at least 3 years of experience. Ability to converse in Japanese language is highly advantage to collaborating with stakeholders
