Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and grow within the aerospace or precision engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing manufacturing process plans for new and existing products.
- Support manufacturing engineers in analyzing production cycle times and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in the design of cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges used in the production and inspection process.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Learn to perform cost and time analysis for various manufacturing processes.
- Involve in first article (FA) preparation and documentation under supervision.
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives, including safety, quality, and cost reduction projects.
Training and Development:
- On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers.
- Exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, SolidCAM).
- Development of skills in project management, problem-solving, and technical documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical capability with attention to detail.
