- Lead and motivate line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct shift handovers and address operational or process issues promptly.
- Plan manpower, overtime, and consumable usage for smooth operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing-related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in high-tech/high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with clear communication skills.
