Job Summary
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in noodle production to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate noodle production operations and staff
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as needed
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, food safety protocols, and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff
- Troubleshoot production line issues and escalate equipment concerns
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and shift reports
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
- Enforce safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or noodle production environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
