Join a forward-looking organization committed to strengthening cyber resilience in the maritime sector. We're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Lead / System Admin to drive security initiatives, ensure compliance, and proactively defend critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regular vulnerability assessments , system hardening, and remediation.
- Monitor cybersecurity threats and support incident response .
- Update and manage security devices (Firewalls, WAFs, DLP, etc.).
- Support audits, policy reviews, and project-level security compliance.
- Deliver training and awareness programs across the business unit.
- Review contracts and draft security guidelines aligned with regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in a cybersecurity or system administration role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Proficient in cybersecurity tools, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CISA, or GSLC.
