Responsibilities:
- Perform safety inspections and technical surveys.
- Handle matters relating to manning and crew safety.
- Monitor AIS / LRIT for sanctions compliance.
- Maintaining and updating Marine Circulars.
- Responding to SSAS alerts.

- COC (Certificate of Competency) DECK Class 1
