Key Responsibilities
1. SEO, Google Ads & Digital Visibility
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Optimise website pages, blog posts, and multimedia content for search engines.
- Monitor and analyse site performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Work with external SEO vendors to coordinate campaigns, review results, and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video), including keyword targeting, ad copywriting, bid strategy, and conversion tracking.
- Optimise ad performance to maximise ROI, monitor budget spend, and prepare performance reports.
2. Website Management & Technical Administration
- Manage and update the company’s WordPress website.
- Handle hosting, domain renewals, and security (SSL, backups, malware protection).
- Troubleshoot and coordinate technical fixes with hosting providers when issues arise.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times for optimal user experience.
3. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Plan and produce engaging video, photo, and written content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Film and edit videos to showcase services, drivers, and company culture.
- Create high-quality photography for marketing campaigns and service promotion.
- Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build community.
- Analyse engagement metrics and adjust strategies for better performance.
4. Offline Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute on-the-ground promotional activities (e.g., flyers at transport hubs, shift worker mobilisation for new services).
- Know how to find and recruit shift workers via Telegram groups, community boards, and other relevant channels.
- Coordinate street teams and event staff for activations.
- Design and distribute printed marketing materials (flyers, posters, banners).
- Design company paraphernalia (e.g., T-shirts, uniforms, promotional merchandise) to strengthen brand visibility.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community groups for brand exposure.
5. Email Marketing & Customer Communications
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns for new services, promotions, and client updates.
- Maintain and segment customer email lists.
- Monitor campaign open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Personalise communications to improve engagement and retention.
6. Partnerships & Industry Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate joint promotions and co-branded initiatives.
- Maintain a database of partners for marketing collaboration opportunities.
7. Marketing Data, Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on KPIs across all channels (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email, offline).
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management.
8. Administrative & Customer Support
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and ad hoc booking requests.
- Manage customer databases and contracts.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide administrative support for marketing events and operational projects.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a multi-faceted marketing role (covering at least 3 of the above areas).
- Proven skills in SEO, Google Ads campaign management, and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Familiarity with WordPress website admin and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
- Experience in both online and offline campaign execution.
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
