Job Description:
- Manage the company’s marketing activities across digital and offline channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it is secure, mobile-friendly, and optimised for customer engagement.
- Create and publish engaging content such as videos, photos, and posts to strengthen brand visibility.
- Plan and execute community outreach and promotional activities at transport hubs, events, and other key locations.
- Develop targeted email campaigns, maintain customer databases, and analyse marketing performance to improve results.
- Build partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and community groups, while providing customer support and coordinating with operations for smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of working experience in marketing, preferably involving both digital and offline channels.
- Strong skills in online advertising, content creation, and social media management.
- Familiarity with website management (WordPress preferred) and basic coding knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
