What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure staff meet deadlines and complete assigned projects
- Set marketing goals and promotion targets; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from concept to completion
- Oversee content creation, creative direction, and the development of promotional materials
- Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with sales team
- Stay updated on digital trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance company branding Manage and lead junior marketing staff
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- 1–2 years of marketing experience.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
